Boiled eggs on hand
A mending moment from my healing journal… When I’m sick or not feeling well enough to figure out what to cook or even what I want to eat, a good stand-by is a boiled egg and a piece of toast. Having eggs boiled ahead of time and waiting in the fridge helps solve the problem of deciding. And if I want the egg warm, I just peel and cut it up, and warm it in the microwave for a few seconds.
