I am grateful…
Gratitude plays a huge role in my healing process.
As I organize my yarns and play with my palettes and further my little needlework projects, I’m steeped in deep gratitude: for the abundance in my life, my son, my family. I am grateful for my wise and blessed ancestors for their fortitude that I may be here.
I am deeply thankful for the unceded Coast Salish territories upon which I reside and thrive in peace: gratitude to the Musqueum, Tseil-Waututh and Squamish nations. I am grateful for my dear family and friends who encourage me almost every day to push my boundaries in active healing and also to rest.
And I’m very grateful to those who allow me to share and help in my own little ways which add to the collective healing and extend back to my own healing, too. Thank you.
And so it goes, and so it is.
I am full. I am blessed. Thank you, thank you, thank you.❤️
