Daily healing practice
Every day, I take a few minutes out to ground myself spiritually and emotionally. For me, this takes the form of Reiki practice self-healing. This helps me to clear out any negativity I may have collected, brings balance and energy to my thoughts and actions, and calms my nervous system.
It’s actually taken months to remember: 1) to actually do it every day; and, 2) what to do in the sequence. Up until recently, my Reiki training binder was on my desk with the page open to the self-healing practice instructions. This served as a reminder to do it, and I would reference each step as I did them.
Now, I‘m able to remember to do this grounding practice (almost!) every day, and I rarely need to go back to the instructions.
